These offerings work at the subconscious level to support meaningful change by shifting patterns that can quietly influence thoughts, emotions, and behavior. Options include deeper one-on-one sessions, limited-time sessions built around a shared monthly focus, and subconscious support for children.
Private Sessions for New Clients
All new clients begin with a three-session Subconscious Transformation Series.

Each session is a full 60-minute Subconscious Transformation session focused on identifying and shifting underlying patterns that may be creating stress, resistance, or a sense of feeling stuck. The series includes a 20 minute clarity call to connect, explore what is coming up for you, and define your direction before beginning.
​
Within this three-session series, each session includes post-session follow-up within the week to support integration and refinement as the work settles.
​
Sessions are completed independently on my end within 72 hours of the scheduled date.


Private Sessions for Existing Clients

Subconscious Transformation
60 minutes
These sessions work at the subconscious level to identify and shift limiting beliefs and patterns that influence how you think, react, and make decisions. Instead of relying on willpower or mindset alone, the work supports change at the level where habits and patterns are actually formed.

You’ll submit a detailed form to share your focus, and the session is completed remotely on my end, with communication by phone or text as questions or insights come up.​

Focused Realignment
30 minutes
Designed for experienced clients who arrive with clearly written goal statements and a defined focus.
This streamlined container is centered exclusively on the statements submitted, with space for 3 to 5 goal statements. It does not include goal development, intuitive messaging, exploration, or follow up refinement.

You will submit your statements through a brief form, and balances are completed privately on your behalf.

Post Session Support
15 minutes
This option is intended for follow-up within a few days of a full session, when new insights, realizations, or questions come up after the initial work. It’s designed to address anything additional that becomes clear once you’ve had a little time to reflect on your session.

The focus stays on work related to your recent session and does not include exploring new topics or creating new goals. This time is used to reinforce, clarify, or support what’s already been addressed.
Core Pattern Realignment
A Foundational Shift is a focused subconscious process designed to address the root of a recurring pattern. Think of it like a log jam in a river. When one large log gets stuck, it blocks the flow and everything behind it begins to back up. You can move smaller pieces around, but until the main log shifts, the river cannot move freely. This process works at that central blockage, addressing the underlying pattern rather than surface-level symptoms. This offering may be gifted, scheduled independently, or incorporated into a Subconscious Transformation Session.

Subconscious Support for Kids

Children are highly receptive to subconscious transformation — often responding more quickly and naturally than adults. In this 60- to 90-minute remote session, we begin by working with the parent. You’ll fill out a form that names the focus, explores how your child wants to feel instead, and reflects on any beliefs or patterns you may be holding that could unintentionally affect the dynamic. From there, I complete a balance with you in mind, and then tune in remotely to work with your child, allowing their energy and desires to guide the shift.

This work can support shifts around confidence, school stress, social struggles, emotional regulation, and more — helping your child feel more grounded, empowered, and connected.
With a background as an elementary school teacher and a Master’s in Instructional Design, I bring both an educator’s understanding of children and the tools of a subconscious realignment facilitator. This allows me to meet kids where they are — creating a safe, supportive process for lasting shifts.
