The Approach

This work helps clear the deeper patterns and beliefs that shape how you think, feel, and respond. These patterns often show up as habits or reactions that feel hard to change, even when you're ready for something different.

When what you consciously want doesn’t match what your subconscious believes is safe or true, it can feel like you're stuck. But you're not. Your system is just running an old program.

​

This process creates space for realignment. Using a blend of Psych-K, Reiki, intuitive insight, and other gentle energy-balancing approaches, we help release what’s been in the way so change can feel natural rather than forced.

​

Sometimes the shifts are subtle — you simply notice, days or weeks later, that something that used to bother you doesn’t anymore. A pattern that once felt sticky just... isn’t there. Other times, the change is immediate and undeniable. Either way, the impact builds.

​

This work is gentle, collaborative, and designed to support lasting transformation in the places that matter most: how you relate to others, how you speak to yourself, and how you move through your life.

The Subconscious Mind

To create lasting change, you need more than willpower. You need your subconscious mind on board.

Your subconscious makes up about 95% of your mental activity. It stores your beliefs, habits, emotional patterns, and perceptions of what feels safe or possible. While your conscious mind sets goals, your subconscious runs the show.

 

Think of your mind like an iceberg. The conscious mind is the small tip above the surface that people can see — aware, rational, and intentional. But it’s the part beneath that drives most of your behavior.

 

This is why change can feel frustrating. Even when you're ready for something new, old beliefs can quietly pull you back — not because you're doing anything wrong, but because your system is wired to keep you safe.​

This process helps shift limiting beliefs and subconscious patterns — clearing space for more alignment, ease, and clarity. At the core of the work is a technique called a Balance, which supports the brain in reaching a whole-brain state — a balanced space where the logical and emotional parts of the mind work together, making belief shifts feel easier and more lasting.

Most sessions are completed remotely. You’ll begin by filling out a short form to reflect on what you’d like to focus on, what’s coming up, and where you’re ready for change. We’ll review what you’ve shared and clarify what feels most important to work with. I’ll then complete the Balance on my end using a blend of intuitive insight and subconscious tools. Once it’s complete, you’ll receive a follow-up with any shifts, reflections, or next steps.

In-person, virtual, and phone sessions are also available upon request.

Sometimes the shifts feel immediate — a lighter mood, a softened reaction, or a noticeable change in how you respond. Other times, they unfold more subtly: a conversation goes differently, something that once felt hard just… doesn’t, or things simply fall into place. However they arrive, these shifts create space for real change to take root.

​

Each Balance ends with a simple action step to integrate the work. Taking even the smallest aligned step signals to your subconscious that change is safe and possible.
